Project Manager - Creative Services
The Creatives Services department is responsible for the conceptualization and production of Red Bull TV and Red Bull Marketing campaigns using mainly existing high-end footage.

  • In a nutshell
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the management of all aspects of (post-) production processes, including budgets and timelines. You’ll ensure the communication with internal stakeholders and external agencies and production partners. Additionally, you’ll coordinate and schedule internal creative resources.

  • Management of projects
You’ll manage projects independently, from campaign scheduling over quoting to supervising project teams. Campaign elements include mainly video ads and social media adverts.

  • Support and guidance of creative teams
As Project manager you’ll liaise with the Creative teams (Producers, Art Director, CD), the Post-production teams (Edit, Color, VFX/GFX, Audio, Quality Control), Content Management, Legal, Music library, as well as Scheduling/Programming. You’ll work closely together with relevant internal departments (e.g. Brand Marketing, Audience Marketing, Production Management, Content Production) and build strong relationships with our stakeholders.

  • Improvement of workflows
You’ll work with provided global Media House platforms and technical specifications. While doing so, you’ll constantly improve existing workflows.

  • Collaboration with external partners
You’ll source external production partners, freelancers and agencies, negotiate package deals, and build strong relationships.


(proven performance in)

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a tv/media production environment or advertising agency
  • Degree in media, film, communications or marketing
  • Experience in planning and executing media campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of technical (post production) workflows in content production
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Flexible & efficient organizational skills
  • Structured, independent and pro-active way of working
  • Team player and hands-on mentality
  • Great interest in the advertising and media business, as well as in the World of Red Bull
  • Fluent in English, preferably German language skills.
