Hospitality and Operations Assistant

We are looking for a Hospitality and Operations Assistant to manage our front-of-house facility.

About Us:

Fulwell 73, founded in 2005 by lifelong friends Ben Winston, Leo Pearlman, Ben Turner, Gabe Turner and James Corden. In the ensuing years, Fulwell has become one of the fastest-growing production indies in entertainment. 

In the last year, standout projects included broadcast specials ‘An Audience with Adele’ and ‘Adele One Night Only’ (ITV & CBS), ‘The Kardashians’ (HULU), ‘The Grammys’ (CBS), ‘Friends: The Reunion’ (HBO Max), Elton John Live: Farewell from Dodger Stadium (Disney+), ‘Captains’ (Netflix & FIFA), and ‘All or Nothing: Juventus’ (Amazon).

From our offices in Islington, St. Katherines Dock, Sunderland, and Los Angeles, we produce award-winning content across all major media platforms, from theatrical releases to broadcast and digital content. Key Responsibilities
Hospitality:
  • Meet and greet clients, managing front-of-house hospitality
  • Set up daily facilities, including reception, edit suites, meeting rooms, and general communal areas
  • Ensure all client suites and communal areas are clean and stocked with supplies
  • Maintain the highest standards of the facility
  • Conduct regular checks on edit suites
  • Coordinate refreshments and meals for external clients when required
  • Organise client travel and courier bookings where necessary. 

Operations: 
  • Perform all general departmental and administrative/office duties
  • Perform routine building and office checks daily to maintain a high standard of presentation 
  • Communicate and escalate issues to the Office and Facilities Manager
  • Order all stationery and monitor stock levels, ensuring office supplies are maintained
  • Liaise with building management/landlord and suppliers where necessary
  • Support with first aid and fire warden duties and communications
  • Responsible for opening and closing the facility ( flexibility required around client hours).

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
  • Experience of working previously as a front of house within the hospitality or service industry
  • Post production client services experience is advantageous
  • Experience of understanding IT systems and software packages
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience of coordinating travel and transport logistics
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written including excellent telephone skills
  • Excellent client services skills
  • Attention to detail and discretion.
