THE COMPANY
Our client is a video content company with an extensive track record in creating video content and documentaries for B2B and consumer brands.
THE ROLE
As a Film Producer, you will ensure that the brand and customer are placed at the heart of all their projects; that they are delivered on time to impeccable creative standards in collaboration with key stakeholders. Candidates will need experience overseeing projects from pre-production through to post, whilst maintaining excellent client communications throughout.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading multiple and simultaneous projects, overseeing films from initial concept to delivery
- Overseeing the entire post-production process and ensuring QC standards are maintained to an excellent standard
- Creation of project timelines and managing budgets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and all stakeholders; working confidently with them to understand the objectives, scope and resource requirements of each project brief
- Managing bookings and negotiations with freelancers and suppliers
- Crew coordination for shoots and booking logistics
- Producing shoot documents including call sheets and risk assessments
- Assisting on shoots
- Contributor handling
- Compliance with GDPR and data protection processes throughout projects
- Location and casting research
- Stock footage/archive research.
THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' production experience as a Producer in similar field, and will need to be able to work autonomously.
You must be solution-driven, even against challenging projects/situations.
Lastly, you will need experience of delivering integrated projects (film, print and digital) a bonus.
