Our client is a leading global streamer for dance, opera, music and theatre.
THE ROLE
As Affiliate Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the business's revenues through a global network of distribution partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain close commercial relationships with affiliate partners, serving as the main point of contact for the business
- Lead the management and execution of distribution agreements, ensuring compliance with key obligations and deadlines
- Utilise financial modelling and analysis to support deal negotiations and optimise commercial opportunities with partners
- Identify platform marketing opportunities and work with the marketing team to deliver price promotions and activation campaigns
- Ensure all issues are identified, resolved, or escalate any commercial or operational challenges to the relevant partners
- Leverage insights and opportunities to analyse partner performance, identify areas of concern, and drive improvement within the business.
- Monitor industry news and competitor activities.
THE PERSON
To be considered for this role, you will a strong track record of growing revenues from third-party platforms and affiliate partnerships, ideally in the premium subscription video or pay TV sector.
You must have an in-depth understanding of distribution agreements in the film/TV/entertainment industry, with the ability to unlock value in content and channel partnerships.
You will need exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven track record of implementing new partnerships/deals involving complex stakeholders.
