Producer - Junior Level
We are seeking a Junior-level Producer to manage and develop relationships with clients, and facilitate the delivery of TVC adaptation projects.

About the Role 


  • Managing and developing relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues to facilitate delivery of TVC adaptation projects.
  • You will be supporting & reporting directly to the Account Director or Managing Producer on a specific account, with additional work delivered across other accounts as required.
  • This position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • We are looking for somebody with proven skills, experience and competency for this category of producer.


About You



Technical skills:

  • Good knowledge of post-production and familiarity of international versioning/ adaptation.   
  • Experience working in post environment to manage international TV versions from brief to completion.
  • Technically confident with common TV formats, codecs, audio files, etc.
  • Awareness of post-production software: FCP, Premier, After Effects, 3DS Max, Flame, Nuke etc.
  • Good TV admin skills – awareness of the importance of usage rights; media schedule fulfillment, play-out process, etc.
  • Knowledge of delivery systems: i.e. Adstream, Beam, IMD, Honeycomb, Dub-Sat etc.
  • Adaptation experience: awareness of global broadcast specs, local regulators, working in other languages including voice records.
  • Experience of working in the broadcast environment and therefore awareness of advertising standards & regulations.

  • Level headedness with good judgment, and a sense of humour!
  • Willing to support and help develop people around you.
  • A good team player outside of core role requirements, supporting social activity.


Terms of employment:

  • Standard working hours are 9:00am – 17:30pm, including a one-hour lunch break.
  • Regular place of work will be at Creative Drive's London office in Dalston.
