Rental Coordinator

Due to our ongoing expansion, HyperActive Broadcast, suppliers to the Film and TV industry worldwide are looking to recruit a full-time Rental Coordinator.


  • Previous experience in Broadcast or Post Production essential
  • Good knowledge of Post Production and Broadcast equipment
  • Strong commitment to the role, due to the nature of our business, working outside of normal business hours will often be required.
  • Exceptional levels of customer service
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and in person
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Strong team ethic with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Very good computer skills  
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and calmly in a very busy environment
  • Salesforce CRM experience would be advantageous but not essential.



  • Responding to new and existing client enquiries
  • Acting as first point of contact for clients alongside the rental team
  • Answering the telephone and emails, raising quotations and turning enquiries into confirmed hires
  • Help to coordinate the daily activities and movements of our engineering and logistical team
  • Ensure successful interaction with other departments in order to make sure equipment is prepared and available in line with agreed customer expectations
  • Preparing paperwork in order to raise invoices on a daily basis
  • Building relationships and liaising with clients both existing and new. Must be willing and comfortable to meet with clients face to face on occasion and sometimes outside of normal working hours.  
  • Dealing with issues in a calm and efficient manner
  • Responsible for maintaining superior attention to detail when making bookings
  • Carry out other duties which may or may not be related to the job, as reasonably requested by management.


Salary commensurate with experience.
