About the Role
One of the largest content owners in London are on the look out for 2 x temporary part-time coordinators to join their Operations team for 2-3 days a week until December.

Duties will include:

  • Management of facilities bookings for multiple suites
  • Coordinating voice over artists and freelancers 
  • Liaise with the Head of Post Production in preparing departmental meetings 
  • Raise and issue PO’s 
  • Maintain & track budget for Media Operations.


About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Administration experience, an interest in the broadcast and media sectors, be able to work effectively to deadlines - as well as managing multiple projects with enthusiasm and professionalism.
