We have an exciting opportunity for Projects Manager/Coordinator with broadcast production skills to join our busy team at our West London Facility.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Overview:

The successful candidate will be expected to support the Production Management Team with the implementation of simultaneous projects and shoots.


We are looking for a responsible, positive, enthusiastic, proactive, highly motivated, flexible and organised team player with the ability to multi task and calmly work under pressure.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of a busy Projects Department
  • Ensure seamless delivery of the projects we facilitate
  • Mobilising equipment and crews for multi-camera productions to various domestic and worldwide locations
  • Budgeting and cost tracking
  • Negotiating and raising quotations for work
  • Raising purchase orders and reconciling invoices.


ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following -


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience of working in facilities and / or television production
  • Strong Planning 
  • Exceptional negotiating and customer support 
  • Effective written and verbal communication with clients, crew and Colleagues
  • Budget Management
  • Experience in mobilising equipment and crews for multi-camera productions for UK and International shoots
  • Risk Assessment 
  • Technical equipment knowledge for production
  • Knowledge of scheduling software
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures including Basic First Aid
  • Broadcast Equipment knowledge and/or qualifications would be advantageous
  • Excellent knowledge of MS packages including Excel and Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of HR and contractural procedures.

DETAILS

Salary: Commensurate with Experience

Location: West London

 

Other requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
  • Fluent English language written and verbal
  • Full clean manual driving licence.
