Creative Director [O5808]

THE COMPANY

Our client is an industry-leading beauty specialist business, encompassing: strategy creative, communications and more. 

THE ROLE

As Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the Creative and Production team in designing and executing effective and imaginative events. You’ll be responsible for concept development through to execution.  

Key responsibilities:

• Ideate and develop event designs that engage media, influencers and consumers creating brand fame, admiration, and loyalty
• Work closely with production to ensure that experiences have been fully costed and can me completed within a designated time frame
• Collaborate with internal and client marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimal impact of events
• Oversee the creative process from pitch to completion
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies into experiences, exploring what’s possible with innovative suppliers 
• Brief campaign ideas to Creative and Communications teams, supported by recommendations for development of ideas and execution across multiple channels
• Make recommendations base on a variety of analytics, reporting on these findings in succinct and effective manner. 

THE PERSON 

As a senior creative, you will have extensive experience in managing projects from ideation through to delivery, whilst managing creative and productions teams. 

It is important that you have strong experience in event design for temporary experiential builds and events, ideally with experience in beauty and fashion industries.
