Senior Producer - Non-Live

We are seeking a Senior Producer - Non-Live to be responsible for developing content and driving engagement with key target audiences.
#In a nutshell
In this position, you’ll be a member of the Content Department, working alongside other Producers and reporting to the Executive Producer. You’ll work in close collaboration with the central Red Bull Media House team as well as with local creative teams.  You will be responsible for developing, improving and managing content, and driving reach and engagement with key target audiences, locally and globally.


#Content Production

You will guide the development and production of international content, to create strong, inspiring content for all platforms, in all forms and durations, to connect with audiences worldwide, and ultimately benefit the Red Bull brand and business.


#Country Support

A key part of your role will be supporting country business units in the content creation process. You will help local teams in the development and production process, providing insight, expertise and creative solutions to elevate their productions and maximize the impact of the content they commission. This will include remote feedback to concepts, treatments and rough cuts, as well as occasional support on location and country visits.   


#Stakeholder Management

Liaising regularly with internationally based production units, you’ll act in close collaboration with the central Production Management, Programming, Marketing and Communications teams, ensuring editorial quality, transparency, collaboration and coordination.


  • 5+ years' overall media employment, currently at Producer level in an established Media Market
  • Work experience in content production or commissioning (ideally in non-scripted, factual entertainment, mid-form as well as long form documentary)
  • Proven track record developing and producing distinctive content, long-form and short-form
  • Editorial expertise, with the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, productions, etc.
  • Skills in coordinating and guiding production partners from concept development phase through to production and delivery
  • A broad knowledge of all media production methods for creation and delivery essential
  • Additional experience in writing for television, filming, editing, production management and other aspects of development and production
  • Clear understanding of the international content market, broadcast strategy, commissioning, programming, social media, audiences, ratings, etc.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English, additional languages such as German, Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
