Assistant Hire Coordinator

Media Hire company looking for an Assistant Hire Coordinator to join our busy hire desk team in Teddington.

About the role

The role will suit a proactive, confident, outgoing person, capable of dealing with telephone enquiries and orders in a busy department. 

Applicants should consider themselves a good communicator, with a clear and cheerful telephone manner, computer literate, punctual and organised.

Reliability is essential, experience within the Industry is an advantage although not essential.

Duties to include:

  • Dealing with customers on the telephone.
  • Raising hire related paperwork
  • Updating records
  • Dealing with credit card payments
  • Placing purchase orders
  • General support for the manager as required.

This is a varied and demanding role, although can be rewarding for the right person, and is a career opportunity not just a job.


  • Package negotiable and depending on experience
  • Full-time, Permanent.
