Sales & Acquisitions Coordinator – O4435

An exciting Sales & Acquistions Coordinator role at a leading television creator and producer.


You will be responsible for tracking programmes, coordinating inter-departmental meetings, and overseeing the sales process from contract to invoice and delivery of materials.


Our client is a global creator and producer of television, leading on the branding and ancillary sales of content across multiple platforms.


You will liaising with other departments with regard to media rights on all matters; and collaborate with production companies on upcoming programmes, holdbacks and contracts.

Key Responsibilities -  

  • Collaborate with clients, trackingresponses and researching new programme options and researching trends on client channels
  • Regulate all broadcast materials and coordinating material
  • Maintain excellent customer service and relations with clients
  • Coordinate international trade markets and client meetings where necessary
  • Assist with keeping the programme entries on the website up-to-date
  • Support producer meetings and ensure their programming slates up-to-date


With previous administrative experience within a broadcast/production environment, you will an understanding of sales/marketing and a passion and knowledge of the TV industry.

You will have strong Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to work well withindifferent computer programsand databases.

You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability work with colleagues and external clients in a friendly and confident manner.

Lastly, you will be highly organised, flexible and motivated, with high attention to detail; and have the ability to work calmly under pressure and to strict deadlines.
