The Live Events MCR is a mission critical hub for the setting up, management and monitoring of OU services. 

The OU Live Events Senior Operator works on the front line within a team of OU specialists and is responsible for the delivery, continuity and overall availability of all event-based services. 

This is a hands-on role, co-ordinating resources to meet client needs and supporting Encompass’ Event based business.
