Campaign Manager, Europe [Multi-national online store]
As a Campaign Coordinator for our client's high profile online store, you will support email project management, production, localization and performance reporting on large marketing campaigns across multiple countries.

This is a great opportunity to work cross-functionally with teams to source & develop campaign messaging and assets, identify and create target user lists, build, test and send campaigns - and then report back to stakeholders on performance.


  • Interface with cross-functional marketing and merchandising teams to deliver high-value promotional campaigns
  • Support end-to-end execution of major email programs, including creative coordination, project management, production, delivery, and reporting
  • Manage a detailed email calendar and lead maintenance and optimization of evergreen campaigns
  • Conduct weekly project meetings and communicate project status.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years' experience with time spent in email or direct marketing
  • Project management skills with the ability to implement and drive projects forward while working collaboratively with internal and external clients
  • Troubleshooting along the lines of HTML / basic programming syntax 
  • Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Track record of effectively supporting multiple projects at a time in a very fast-moving environment
  • Positive can-do attitude and tireless work ethic.

Nice to haves (any/all of the below):

  • Superior Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • Strong experience writing SQL queries, pulling data from relational databases, creating databases, and working with other statistical analysis software a plus
  • Passion for mobile entertainment (apps, games, music, movies, and books) and mobile devices
  • A second European language (besides English) is a distinct advantage (preference for French, German, Russian or Turkish)
  • Localisation exposure
  • Formal Project Management certification
  • QA experience.
